Recently I reserved a free copy of Windows I believe now that this is a MS file “Possibly” associated with the coming release of said W Why would this be downloaded to my laptop with no notice before or since? When it first happened this morning I was just a “Little” ticked off and concerned regarding what it might be, nefarious or benign. Am I overreacting or rightfully ticked off regarding this unannounced intrusion??

When you reserved you were told that the files would be downloaded int the background. That is exactly what is happening. How satisfied are you with this reply?

Does anything download if you have not reserved? My understanding was that I would receive an email before any downloads, so I just misunderstood. It also was a day early? Thanks for your feedback!! This site in other languages x.
